Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy goals.
Develop and execute marketing plans.
Manage inquiry database documenting all contact made.
Prepare collateral materials for tours and marketing events.
Ensure inquiries are followed up within a timely fashion, including nights and weekends.
Maintain and manage the marketing budget.
Collaborate with the Director and Health Care Coordinator to schedule assessments and move-ins.
Participate in local organizations and committees to strengthen referral relationships.
Why You Are Qualified:
A degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications, or related area preferred 2-4 years of experience in marketing, public relations, and/or sales desired Experience working with marketing plans and external sales Hired candidates will be required to successfully complete a criminal background check, valid references, and other pre-employment practices as required by law.
